Sustainability

A simple definition of sustainable packaging is: packaging made by the best utilization of renewable resources, design and materials to minimize the environmental impact through its lifecycle.

We at GPI believe that Nature has been sustained for billions of years by relying on solar energy, biodiversity, and chemical cycling. Our lives and economies depend on energy from the Sun and on natural resources (natural capital) provided by the Earth. We could shift toward living more sustainably by searching for win-win solutions, and committing to preserving the earth’s life-support system for future generations.

At GPI we endeavor to use Solar Energy in our Plants, Offices, Warehouses and Cars as much as possible. We offer PCR materials in most of the packaging components (tubes, bottles, jars and boxes) we supply.
